How did you spend your day? Did you take small steps to reach your goals? So many of us live in the space of "someday" and put aside the small actions we can take today to eventually get to where we want to be. The quote above really says it all– it's the way we spend each day that makes up the entirety of life. It's very rare for one event to happen and suddenly a big goal is accomplished. Weight loss doesn't happen overnight or by working out once. Becoming a public speaker and making a difference in the world doesn't happen without putting yourself out there for even the smallest audience (Hi Mom!).

Consistency in your daily actions is how you will reach your goals and achieve your dreams. Sure, not every day is going to be perfect but progress over perfection is the real way to achieve any success in your life. And progress comes by the small steps you take each and every day. So remember,  how we spend our days is how we spend our life.
